After you reserve, you'll receive a HIPAA-secure intake link. Please complete it at least 48 hours before your appointment so Dr. LaKeischa can review your history.
Meet, evaluate, plan
On the day of, we'll go deep on your symptoms, history, and goals. You'll leave with a working hypothesis, a testing plan if appropriate, and clear next steps.

- Is this covered by insurance?
- Integrative GYN Solutions is a direct-pay boutique medical practice focused on personalized, integrative care. We do not bill insurance directly. This model allows us to spend the time necessary to better understand your symptoms, support your overall wellness, and provide a more comprehensive approach to hormone health.
- Virtual or in-person?
- Most consultations are virtual via secure video. Patients in the DC / Maryland / Virginia area may choose in-person in Burtonsville, MD. Pick whichever fits; the clinical content is the same.
- What should I bring?
- Recent labs (within the last 12 months) if you have them, a list of current medications and supplements, and a brief symptom timeline. The intake form will prompt you for everything we need.
